The Spring Adult Program runs for 8 weeks, Monday April 15 - Thursday June 6

- Beginner Adults (Limit 10) - Once a week on Monday mornings 9 -10:30 am. Coached by Chris & Andy - CLASS IS FULL
- This class is a beginner class geared towards new riders who want to learn the basics of mountain biking and explore basic single track trails.
- Beginner/Intermediate Adults (Limit 6) - Offered on six (6) Tuesdays 5:15 - 7:15 pm and two (2) optional Saturdays 9am - 1pm. Coached by Dennis Ray - FOUR SPOTS REMAINING, REGISTER SOON!
- This class offers foundational riding skills that allow you to progress at your own pace. The skills can be applied on a variety of trails and skill levels. Students should be comfortable with mountain bike controls and beginner single track trails.

This series of one night 2-hour classes will cover the basic information on bike maintenance and will give students a hands-on experience to practice their new skills.

FAST Bike Swap 2024
Thanks to the Farmington Rec. Center for hosting the F.A.S.T. 2024 Bike Swap! Thanks to all who helped make our first Bike Swap a success! Thank you to the ones who worked behind the scenes to put it all together, thanks to those who brought Bikes, parts and gear and thank you to all who came and bought the above mentioned items! FAST is all about the community and we love the community support.
Shout out to 505 Cycles Barefoot Bikes and Bisti Bad Lands Bike Shop for bringing bikes and goods. These shops have been behind us since day one and continue to support year after year.
Another shout out to DTR Optics for their support with the ski swap software and help behind the scenes! If you are into winter sports and wear goggles you need to check them out. I got a pair this year for snowmobiling and they are awesome!

Healthy Living Expo 2024
Thanks to all who stopped by our booth and kids course at the Healthy Living Expo. It was great to see so many little ones on strider bikes. We had 52 kids stop by and try out the strider course! See event pictures below:
2023 Winter Strider Class is now finished
Winter Strider class took place on Saturday mornings from 9am-10am from Oct 14th to Dec. 2nd. This class was open to strider kids and kids that just started pedaling. Class size will be limited to 12 kids.
